AP World History & AP United States History Prep Course!
8 week course/2 weekly sessions/16 hours of prep
March 9 – May 7
Structure: Both days will focus on developing historical thinking, and writing for the DBQ, LEQ and SAQs. In addition to working on the writing skills, students will also practice and learn techniques to improve their accuracy on the MCQ questions. In small groups, the course will be taught as a seminar style with the opportunity for questions and discussion of content. The course will do a deep dive into the rubrics and expectations of the graders, as well as test taking strategies that are proven to set the student up for success on the exam.
Goal: build foundational college ready skills and familairize students with the AP History exams; in turn, maximizing individual score on the AP exam in May

Cost: $800/student: may be paid in 2 payments
2 student minimum to hold the course
Location: Course held at our Whitefish tutor center or Kalispell tutor center (depending on enrollment)
